This refund policy does not apply to books which have been worn, used, damaged, or marked in any way after delivery. All books must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All postage and insurance costs (to and fro) are to be paid by the buyer. ProCreative recommends that you, the purchaser, return the book(s) via registered post, with pre-paid postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. ProCreative advises that you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. ProCreative Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
