These Terms & Conditions serve as an introduction to the principles by which the content and service of ProCreative and the Belief Institute1 are provided.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to honour the spirit of the copyright of the materials provided with LGGO membership. You agree that, whether by direct or indirect knowledge and actions, you will honour the intent of copyright to not disseminate, copy or redistribute the materials provided to you, or that are made available to you at this site.

You agree that your primary focus and intent by joining LGGO groups is to foster and achieve great outcomes for yourself (and your organisation) and for those in your group. You agree to keep confidential all comments, conversations, statements and admissions of current, past or desired future circumstances by your LGGO group members.

Generally, legal documents such as Terms & Conditions seek to release the provider of products or services from any fault, blame or responsibility for any mishaps, loss or misfortune that may occur when using, or as a result of having used, said products or services.

As explained through services and content provided by ProCreative (and the Belief Institute), apportioning blame, or seeking freedom from blame and responsibility presupposes divisions and separations within groups, communities and societies that, on deeper levels of awareness and process, do not independently exist or occur.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you accept that you live within a participatory interconnected world, in which your thoughts, feelings and actions have directly contributed to the resultant circumstances. That is, while statements such "I don't know" may express the bounds of your present conscious-knowledge, you agree that deeper intuitive processes and potentials are available that can be practically relied upon for you to get great outcomes. Accordingly, these Terms & Conditions require you to accept responsibility for your interactions with, responses to, and results emanating from the products and services provided by ProCreative and the Belief Institute.

Equally, ProCreative accepts responsibility for interactions with, responses to, and results emanating from provision of our materials and services. However, our acceptance of responsibility is held in concert with our intent and commitment to provide valid and far-reaching frameworks, principles and advice by which individuals may more deeply understand and engage life, and achieve desired outcomes. ProCreative therefore will remain committed to interacting with clients (within the bounds of the relevant service conditions) to help each to expand and engage deeper understanding and achieve great outcomes. Within the context of this commitment, you hereby agree that any advice, ideas or materials provided is yours to judge, accept or dismiss, but that in dismissing the advice, or content, you are not entitled to any refunds or compensations.
