Hi and welcome

As the facilitator of the "Let's get great outcomes" or maybe on a bad day, "Let's get good outcomes"  I believe in the power and effectiveness of these groups. In fact these style of meetings were instrumental in writing my first book Be and Become for which I received some wonderful reviews.

To convey how strongly I believe in these groups, my first awareness or 'ah-hah' concerning what some have called the "extraordinary Table of One and All" was conceived during a ProCreative meeting in Sydney in late 1996. Further developments centred on the TOA (which arguably will stand the test of time, at least for a few years ... thousand), were worked through, or because of those meetings.

The format of these meetings is whatever will provide the outcomes we seek. If we sense it is best to jump, yell and shout, then we'll do that. If we sense it is best to sit quietly and meditate then we'll do that. Or maybe we end up doing a bit of both, or neither as desired or needed.

Partly my focus will be to bring to the meetings my awareness of how we can productively play with time, in that the future can be 'tapped' to provide powerful insights and answers to our problems. But most of all, my focus is to help facilitate good, great or even glorious outcomes for all who participate.
