"Let's get great outcomes" meeting dynamics

"Let's Get Great Outcomes" (LGGO) meeting details and logistics:

• Process: The LGGO (ProCreative) meetings are focused on getting great outcomes. The format is flexible while being focused, in as much as the focus on outcomes then drives a fluid process of what, or how the meetings progress. Where appropriate and timely, member and facilitator experience and knowledge is shared to accelerate, or fuel greater intuition, creativity, results. Based on Belief Institute workshops, we Begin with the end in play to arrive at the destination (great outcomes), while being surprised, delighted and enriched in the process.

• Schedule: Generally, we meet every 2 weeks.
• Where: Meetings are held in member's businesses where room permits on a round-robin basis, or in centrally-located business function-rooms. Hosting a meeting exempts the host of fees for that meeting. Light refreshments included.
• Fees: Fees are $ 104.501 per participant per meeting (payable in advance, via PayPal or direct Bank Deposit).2
• Confidentialities: Member details are kept private, but can be shared among group members. As one can appreciate confidentially is required to ensure open and honest discussions about our personal and business circumstances, goals, fears, concerns, desires ...
• Format: Members comprise business-owners or managers from non-competing industries -- e.g. butcher, baker, cabinet-maker, etc. for a particular area (e.g. Bathurst).

Why are the fees so low?

The low member fees are a testimony to the value and experience of members within groups. Each member's life experience, business experience, enthusiasm and creativity is valued, and contributes to the 'group energy' that is crucial to these groups.

These groups are guided to "self-organise with intent" to achieve great outcomes. In other words, the groups tease out the creative entrepreneur within us, by us.

The secondary purpose is learning about, and instigating good business systems that are crucial to running a successful business. The groups cover and discuss business systems when they are necessary to getting great outcomes.
